I cannot recommend Tasha highly enough! She is incredibly insightful and has a way of making me feel truly understood from the very first session. As someone navigating BPD and ADHD, I find her advice to be practical, resourceful, and deeply supportive. She is approachable and genuinely cares about my progress.
For my first appt They sent me to wrong office and then acted like the mistake was my fault. This is condemnation of office staff, not the counselor
I was severely mismanaged, medication wise, by Susan Chapman, APNP. She is also a terrible communicator, and LifeStance has the WORST patient portal I have ever used (and as a HCP, I have used many.) I would give negative stars if I could. Do not recommend. For anyone.
