I like my lifestance therapy. They each have helped.
Working with LifeStance has been easy and smooth. Whenever a question may arise, I am able to get it handled right away. Booking online is easy with helpful early reminders too.
Very happy with my experience so far.
Psychiatrist Susan Chapman at the east side location was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I felt so heard and understood. <3 however the billing department is terrible I’ve sent 3 messages with no response. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. the great therapist aren’t worth the billing headache.
