HORRIBLE AWEFUL I was supposed to have a twelve thirty online appointment. They sent me a link at twelve twenty with about twenty minutes of annoying questions which should have been sent to me a week earlier to get through them all. After 20 minutes of answering questions, it said connect to your appointment.So I hit connect. And I waited , and I waited , and I waited , and I waited..... 45 minutes later NO ONE was there!!!
