I’ve been to this hospital 3 times for a similar procedure through Adora, and the nurses are fantastic. The venue and facilities are very clean with a professional and warm atmosphere. The second visit however, the procedure had to be cancelled just before the op due to miscommunication over the phone by one of the nurses pre surgery day. While that was a severely horrible experience , the way the staff dealt and corrected the issue was commendable. Highly recommend.
I had a procedure with Dr Rob Gilmore today and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I was anxious beforehand, but Dr Gilmore was warm, kind and reassuring, and explained everything clearly. The nursing staff were exceptional—professional, compassionate and attentive—and the facilities were excellent. Everyone made what could have been a very stressful experience feel safe and well organised. I'm incredibly grateful to the whole team.
They kept us waiting for about 90 minutes after the pick up time. Not because there was an issue. Just because they were having a busy day. Structural incompetence may better explain it

Very impressed with the care and quality treatment and wonderful staff at Westside. I was looked after and kept informed during the whole process. Great team of caring professionals. Thank you to all the team. Good information, easy booking process, good instructions and after care info. Tip for people do pick ups of patients u can park underneath for 3 hours for free. Highly recommend.
