I rarely give reviews but I felt i need to.. I was admitted to hospital yesterday and unfortunately, my experience left me extremely disappointed and upset. From the moment I arrived, the level of care from nursing staff was far below what you would expect in a healthcare setting. For a start leading up to my operation I tried calling through several times with never being able to get through given next to no guidance etc on how to prepare.
