Very impressed with the care and quality treatment and wonderful staff at Westside. I was looked after and kept informed during the whole process. Great team of caring professionals. Thank you to all the team. Good information, easy booking process, good instructions and after care info. Tip for people do pick ups of patients u can park underneath for 3 hours for free. Highly recommend.

My hospital experience was disappointing, particularly in relation to communication and patient care. Admission and procedure times were repeatedly incorrect, resulting in hours of delays despite hydration being important particularly for successful cannula insertion. Staff were unable to explain the discrepancies or provide clear updates. Most concerning was the anaesthetic process, during which a vein was blown while inserting a cannula with no explanation or apology. Yeah don't go here My partner went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and they botched nearly every bit. They originally freaked out when reading her history, misreading post-operative hypothermia as post-operative hyperthermia and put in place unnecessary changes to her anesthesia. Then after the surgery they gave her something to combat nausea that ended up making her throat close up and accused her of being "loopy from her medication" rather than taking her negative reaction into consideration.
