Feeling very disappointed in Westside private hospital and the poor service today from Joe in reception. Westside have breached my privacy twice now and failed to apologise or acknowledge their mistake.
I have just had a knee replacement at Westside by Dr Cameron Cooke and his team . Together with the friendly professional nursing, physio staff they made it a very comfortable stay. Thanks to everyone for taking care
