This is the 2nd time in a row that I've attempted to call in an order, with no one answering the phone. Then ordered online for delivery, which stated 35 minutes estimated time. 45 minutes later the tracker finally updated to order is being prepared, shortly after attempting to call the store again. Over an hour after placing the order, it toggles to order canceled no delivery driver, and my family is left scrambling to figure out dinner. Once is crazy, twice means it's time to find another place to order from.
THIS HAS BECOME A HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER PIZZA FROM. MY FAMILY USED TO ONLY ORDER FROM HERE FOR THE LAST 10+ YEARS. NOW YOU CAN'T GET AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY ON MOST ANY NIGHT, WHAT MAKES IT EVEN WORSE IS THAT THEY TAKE ONLINE DELIVERY ORDERS AND THEN CANCEL THEM 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR AFTER THE TIME STATED FOR DELIVERY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

First time ordering from here. Pizza was very delicious and didn’t take too long. I’m confused why I got two different sized pizzas when both I ordered were same size? I like supporting local businesses but spending over $50 on two pizzas and tip, and not getting the size you ordered or paid for, is discouraging. Service was friendly and takeout process was easy ordering online.
