I’ve had horrible experiences with some very rough and unsympathetic OBGYN caregivers and I had a horrible fear of going in for my yearly examinations due to this fact. Told us uterus cancer biopsy results would be available Thursday or Friday (from a Monday morning biopsy). It’s Friday afternoon and they will not call the lab to find out if there is a problem or when results will be available. Uncaring attitude on the phone and unwillingness to check
I loved my provider here, but unfortunately I will not be able to return due to billing issues. My yearly pap labs are costing me $1000 and countless stress because they were billed as diagnostic. It’s been 10 months of going around and around to find out that their billing department didn’t send in an appeal in an appropriate amount of time. Absolutely crazy.
If you’re into ‘vibes’ and very nice people this place is fantastic. The people are pleasant and fun to be around but I think they will let anyone work here. Over the dozen plus appointments they were never on time. Anywhere from 15 mins to an hour behind. They waste your time at every stop. There bed side manner leaves a lot to be desired instead of saying “there is no heartbeat” maybe rephrase it as “I can’t find anything with this device, let’s try something else” that is just one of the many moments that we were anxious ... read more
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Anita Mazdai for 9 months now!! She is truly the best!! Since day one she was so understanding of every concern I had. She gladly and patiently answered every question, and as a first time mom, I did and still have a lot of questions to ask The nurses and the rest of the staff are amazing too! Always welcomed me with such good energy.
