Can’t recommend this place enough. Dr Mazdai is crème de la crème of the entire state and this facility. Not surprised that she’s the talk of the Hendricks county town when obgyn recommendations are asked in any social media groups. I love that the whole facility is run by ladies, i feel more confident and comfy to be there. The front staff including the nurses and the USG staff are so helpful, courteous and flexible. ZERO STARS - I am deeply disappointed with the level of care I received when I called today. One nurse became argumentative with me, another laughed at the symptoms I was describing, and when I finally spoke with someone who seemed professional, she was unwilling to address my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. Instead, I was simply told that my only option was to come in and speak with someone, rather than receive an appropriate evaluation. Words can’t describe how much I love my dream team of Dr. Zalenski and N.P. Sullivan. They are so caring and understanding and always have an amazing attitude! Dr. Zalenski called me with some difficult tests results a while back and talked me through my options and helped me make a decision. I didn’t realize your doctor calling and helping was rare in this day and age but a lot of my girl friends said their doctor makes them schedule multiple appointments and they still leaving feeling confused and misunderstood.
