The young guy working at the cash register at this pharmacy is extremely rude and disrespectful. His attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. The older gentleman is always polite and professional, but this young employee clearly has no understanding of basic customer service or respect. I was there with my wife and kids and simply asked the price of a medication. Updated review. August 13 2026. The pharmacy staff are always eating food behind the counter and it literally smells like baby poo right now. Considering many people come here to see the Walkin clinic and nausea is a symptom of almost all illnesses it would be nice if they avoided pungent foods and or ate in a room reserved for food. I imagine this would also help with sanitary work spaces for dispensing of medicine since I haven’t heard any hand washing before or after. The staff here are very helpful and quick to process your prescription. I was here again Wednesday February 18 2026 and my prescription was filled in under 5 minutes and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket until shoppers drug mart who is always adding a dollar to every transaction it ridiculous. I also love their bags they give your prescription in. They’re pink and remind you to contact them if you have any questions. It’s a nice touch.
