We came to find Westside Pediatric Dentistry after a terrible experience at a prior office. We were told they would have to put silver caps on all molars, as parents we weren’t entirely sure with that decision. We called Westside Pediatric Dentistry to get a second opinion and from the first interaction with the receptionist we were taken aback by their patience, kindness, and their willingness to work with us. we started going here about a year ago. At first we loved it, the waiting room is very kid friendly and inviting. Never waited more than a few minutes, the one hygienist we usually had was very personable. But our most recent visit was very upsetting. We had a new hygenist who was very rushed and no patience with my kiddo. they said he had a start of 1 cavity and would need a filling. My toddler was scared at first but now after a few trips felt right at home. That’s because the staff are super friendly, accommodating and organized. This place is a gem and I highly recommend.
