Very unprofessional behaviour and from the dental staff. They don’t admit when they’ve made mistakes ever, whether it’s over filing your teeth or inappropriate behaviour from staff. Paying at the orthodontist to be gaslit is crazy.. zero accountability. Go somewhere else or finish your Invisalign treatment with holes in your enamel.

I've been eagerly awaiting my new set of Invisalign aligners for two months, but my experience with the orthodontic clinic has been disappointing.
