They low key suck up here. They can never answer the phone. This one doctor blamed all my problems on being a mom and my dad dying. Like cool lol. Been on hold for 11 minutes and it keeps saying youtr estimated wait time is one minute. For 10 minutes now ??? Whyy???
My experience at iha westland obgyn I gave 1 star because I used to see Np Jennifer Ferns and when she was there I received decent service I switched to Dr. Hill np left the practice Dr. Hill bedside manner is horrible she's a very aggressive doctor she's all about the money and will do everything to make more since Iha trinity is not paying her enough. She has traumatized me with having test done with how aggressive she is and she likes to call it straight forward and you either like her or don't. I tried her 3 times trying... read more
Terrible! From Dr hill telling my wife horror pregnancy stories while my wife is pregnant didn't seem professional, to them not letting me as her husband to come in the room with her, do better, and choose better, because it's not this place.
