Best GYN Doctor I know! she genuinely cares and feels for her patients and is hard working.
This gyno office is unprofessional. They do not return your lab results when they’re past due, they don’t return calls,or messages. Without even giving me an initial call with my lab results, they sent a new prescription to the wrong pharmacy which I had informed them on my appointment date would need updating once I have relocated past a specific date if my results weren’t in by then. After leaving multiple messages the doctor sent an automated text message to me with info regarding the new prescription, but I still have ye... read more
This was my second visit. The doctor had someone else in my room while I was having a Pap smear done. The doctor did not ask me or let me know that someone else would be in the room observing what was going on. It’s been more than 2 weeks and the doctor has not reached out to me. I gave the office a call today and they said the doctor would call me in a few minutes .. just like the first time the doctor has not reached out to me to let me know the results or if anything was wrong.
