The front desk older Hispanic women who checks you in is very rude and disrespectful. Inserts her own opinions in patients medical needs. Needs some serious retraining or this isn’t the job for her. It’s 2023 I shouldn’t be going to a doctors office where I’m going to be judged for taking birth control. We don’t need backward minded people in the medical field. If you’re a young adult or teen, go somewhere else where they won’t take care of you here.
Person in the front by the entrance on 02/04 is horrible they need a new person in the front if you don’t like your job don’t be there. very unprofessional and rude the way she talks to patients.
Staff is always friendly! And it's never crowded! I love it, unlike the clinic I was going to.
