Ridiculous process. Parents shouldn’t have to wait outside at 3 AM for swim lessons. We have arrived at 4 AM on the date given by staff only to be sent home due to their own “miscommunication” and the manager couldn’t care less. This was our fourth attempt . Taxpayers deserve better.
The hours of operation are never correct. No one answers the phone, the voicemail is full and the messages have two different sets of hours.
You need to hire new life guards. They are rude and make you feel like you’re nobody. Why can’t you hire people who enjoy their job and can communicate with people in a decent manner!!! Those young boys are bully’s and don’t give a crap how they treat anyone. If I could it’d be a zero rating.
