You need to hire new life guards. They are rude and make you feel like you’re nobody. Why can’t you hire people who enjoy their job and can communicate with people in a decent manner!!! Those young boys are bully’s and don’t give a crap how they treat anyone. If I could it’d be a zero rating.
Came on a Thursday evening. I approached the desk where two men were working, the older man was the first I approached and started to ask if the lanes were open as I did not see anyone in the water, he responded but could not understand him, then I asked again (mind you I am asking in English), he then with a rude undertone made a face and said in Spanish for English go over the other man at desk! It was our first time there and we asked the front receptionist if donut floaties and noodles are allowed. The gentleman stated it was fine as long as they're used only for floatation and no hitting. We were fine with that. Everything was good with lifeguard rounds until shift change when some female lifeguard came up to us stating it was policy that floaties are not allowed.
