This review is long overdue. I ambled into Great Falls on a BMW F800GS with a fading chain. En route solo to Great Falls, from Bishop, California, I stopped in Arco, Idaho, where I noticed that my chain was thrashed. Called my dealer in Nevada and they said, "We changed out the chain/sprockets on the F650GS, not the F800GS." So much for paying attention to my Excel spreadsheets. Saw this place harass some guy they didnt like on the businesses Facebook. It was so ridiculously unprofessional I thought it should be known to anyone considering giving him their business that although he seems like he may know what he's doing at first glance...this guy is extremely unprofessional and childish. Westside motorsports is the only place I trust to take my bikes to. Justin is awesome to work with and genuinely cares about the bike community. His goal is keeping the bikes we ride safe to operate and in tip top shape. You can tell this guy has passion for the game and will work on any bike you have. He takes the time to walk you all the way around your bike to show you what was done, what to keep an eye on, and what will need to be done next. They have some of the worst customer service l've experienced. He is trying to sell parts off a bike with the part still on the bike but will refuse to take it off till a later date... (seems a little sketchy in my opinion). The guy is very hard to get a hold of and is hardly at his store when he says he will be even if you set up a time with him. Took over 3 days just to meet up with him to even look at this part. Then is rude when he is asked how long it will take to take off and he responds 30 minutes but won't take it of... read more
