Took over 500 for bike parts, then ghosted me that was well over a year ago
Recently serviced my 2001 ducati, hasnt missed a beat since. As bike was struggling to start asked to change battery, not required after all #winning. The team had put it on a slow charge whilst working on the bike. Have had a number of interactions with Westside and all been positive
Had my Duke 790 serviced today and I couldn’t be happier. I was in a bit of a rush since I use my bike every day for commuting, but the team made it possible to get everything done smoothly and on time. Huge thanks especially to the owner for understanding my situation and really looking after me. Professional, friendly, and reliable—highly recommended!
I've only been in Australia for a month or so, trying to get used to how things are done here and I'm glad this is the first workshop that I went to. They were honest and kind, and made me feel welcomed, even though I came with a small request of one small side mirror for my ebike. Will definitely be my go to workshop when I get a motorcycle. Great experience at this motorcycle shop! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. Big shoutout to Z really knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me sort out my RWC. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!
