Had my unit for a year. It's currently under new ownership. The answering service is a challenge because apparently they are not in the USA. Very difficult to understand. The previous owner was not proactive with the upkeep and I had mice in every box and container in there. Now the new owner says he's putting the mice bait outside the units to keep them under control. So we shall see how this works out. I do believe he's trying to get the place in order. I had a storage unit for a short period. After only a couple of weeks, my lock was cut and the unit broken into and items stolen. I called and was told that they did not have cameras so basically nothing could be done. I changed the lock and a break-in was attempted a second time. I told them after that I would be cleaning out my unit but had some issues getting someone to move it. When I finally was able to get a truck available, they had changed the lock to one of theirs.
