I've been living and working with hernia for about 9 years and in January of 2026 it became apparent that I no longer could after being silly by thinking I could do something all by myself (superman) ,so I needed to finally get the hernia fixed. Our only experience was with the hospital and Dr. Michelle Petersen. My husband had a stroke last year due to high blood pressure. We went to Dr. Petersen several times after the stroke for follow up appointments. My husband was having mini strokes.
