I have been a very satisfied and happy patient of Dr Kraus’ for about 30 years, until recently. He remains one of the best physicians in the area and a truly concerned friend, yet he is absolutely crippled by a staff so poor it defies all common sense and logic, and coupled with the corporate BS of Trinity Healthcare of New England you would be better served just calling a funeral home. Dr. Kraus is being unfortunately destroyed by an office and an overseeing corporation that has absolutely NO BUSINESS in the medical field.
Dr Kraus is the man who helped save my life, he’s great Dr . I moved to Kansas about 9 years ago but I will never forget him.
Dr Kraus is excellent
I’ve always had great experiences in this office and with Dr. Kraus. He’s knowledgeable about addiction and many other issues. He intervened in situations I felt I would never receive care for, but I did and it was because of Dr. Kraus’s professionalism.
The front desk is rude. They are not helpful at all. The doctors are retiring or retired. Too many changes with a front desk that suck
