I looked up "walk-in clinic" and this clinic popped up in the search results. Drove to the clinic, walked in and asked "is there any walk in appointments available?" Front desk staff says "no, we don't do walk ins" I asked, okay, can you tell me somewhere that does? I'm not from here" he replys "no". Just rude service and extremely unhelpful. This place sucks, what an awful experience

I see Dr Avdic and she is honestly SOOO wonderful! She listens, is caring, will send for further testing or to other specialists as needed. She is so great. I am so happy I found her!

I have been going to Dr Filyk for at least 15 years now. She is amazing, and I feel very lucky to have her as my family doctor. The admin staff always appear to be very busy, and I can see how their job could be quite stressful. That being said they have always been very kind, and respectful to me.

Doctors at this clinic are great but the front desk staff are beyond difficult and incompetent to deal with. Judging by the other reviews I am not the only person who thinks this.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Filyk for over 10 years. She’s been a great doctor so far but the clinic staff are a bit of a mess and not always professional. I’m currently 4 months pregnant and have been attending regular appointments at the clinic. I had missed the last one due to extreme morning sickness. I called the clinic and let them know. I understood I’d have to pay their $150.00 late fee, which I did right away. Fast forward to today. I had a virtual appointment set up for 1pm. By 1:10pm no one had even called. I calle... read more
