I have been going to this office for only about 6 months now, and I LOVE IT! They know who I am every time I come in. The front desk receptionist always has a smile on her face and is very nice to me. I am in the office very frequently due to my prescription refills, an illness, or just for a check up, so they already know who I am when I come in. The worst front desk and nurse staff ever. They screwed up all sorts of things, and when I went in to confront them, they ganged up on me, didn't listen, and the nurse even said, (direct quote) "I'm not sorry." My grievances were: They did routine bloodwork and didn't call me for a month about it. When I expressed that, she shoved the results into my hand (like I could interpret them?)
