Dr. Hengy at Westside Medical is excellent. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and really genuinely listens to the patient. I have seen many doctors for my rare medical condition and most just shrugged me off. Dr. Hengy is genuinely trying to help me when nobody else will. He is not willing to believe that nothing can be done. It is very rare that you get a doctor willing to spend more than a few short minutes with you but my appointments here have been quite long. Dr Hengy is the Best!!! He has been our Family Doctor for 18 Years. My children went to him when they were little and still go to him as adults even though they have moved from the area. He is very easy to talk to and actually likes to answer your questions and spends the time to do so.

Absolutely THE BEST Doctor in the Fredericksburg, VA. Very Very Thorough, will call you even on a Sunday to give your lab results, even when the office is closed. You are not treated like a number but a person. He will draw on paper to demonstrate critical key medical information to make sure you totally comprehend the medical knowledege. He will answer your questions and if he don't know the answers he will honestly tell you "he don't know !!! He is taking new patients.
