Hengy doesn't listen. He talks over you and dismisses your problems. He tells you to lose weight, but that isn't the problem. I wound up going to the ER and got diagnosed with an actual issue which he completely dismissed. My partner had a problem and he called it gout. it wasn't gout. He's also so convinced about the covid vaccine. I don't believe in forcing people to vaccinate, but he doesn't back up any claims with scientific data. Dr. Hengy at Westside Medical is excellent. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and really genuinely listens to the patient. I have seen many doctors for my rare medical condition and most just shrugged me off. Dr. Hengy is genuinely trying to help me when nobody else will. He is not willing to believe that nothing can be done. It is very rare that you get a doctor willing to spend more than a few short minutes with you but my appointments here have been quite long.
