Have been regularly servicing my older Honda with Ben and the team at Westside Mechanical for nearly 10 years - ever since an impromptu alternator failure - and wish I'd started using them over dealer servicing long before that. You can trust them to honestly recommend appropriate service items for an older vehicle (or one still within recommended service schedule), and also rely on feedback for items likely to need attention at future services. Amazing customer service at very decent rates - not easy to find these days.
Great service and it’s easy to drop off and pick up my car. Brett called during the day to update on pricing & what was needed, then called in the afternoon with the total price. 10/10 - thank you Westside Mechanical!!
I honestly cannot thank and recommend Ben and the team at Westside Mechanical enough. They have me now 3 times in the past 12months when I have had to roll in before 8am, still in my PJ's whilst taking the kids the school. One with a flat tyre that was changed within 15minutes for $40 & this week when I had a stone stuck in a break that sounded like it was going to cost me $1000's but didn't. Just had my 2022 Mini Log Book service done at Westside Mechanical and I am really happy. Ben and the team were fantastic — they quickly identified a faulty air conditioning drainpipe that had been leaking water onto the floor inside my car in the last week, (a known fault on the model). Great communication throughout, and I've already rebooked to get the drainpipe for the air con replaced. Honest guys, recommend if you are looking for a Graceville mechanic.
