STEER CLEAR! they'll take your money and you won't get your parcel. Lenny is rude and doesn't listen and shouts a lot, lost me a chunk of money, and blamed me? people in the uk seriously choose someone else because it'll go wrong and they'll return your good back to bradfords who are obviously involved in this and then bradfords will offer you a refund less 25% restocking fee? I have been going to Westside Mail Center for 5 years plus and have always had the most enjoyable experience every time. Len and Carol are great and very friendly. I sometimes don't have everything in order but they handle it for me with ease. They call me by name. That makes me feel great. I would never think of going to the Post Office or any other place. Not an option. Westside is my mail center of choice. I recommend them to everyone.

The customer service at Westside Mail Center is incredible. I have been there three times this week regarding the same item to be shipped and Len Werner has made the visits very pleasant. He helped with trying to find me the cheapest price to getting the item there on time. He then assisted in canceling that item and returning the packaging funds.
