New owners, transfer of units behind on rent was handled in a manner that was borline unlawful, unethical and down right wrong.
I rented a storage unit from Westside Lock & Store for 8 1/2 years prior to moving. The storage unit was secure, clean, dry, and easy to access. I highly recommend Westside for all your storage needs!
Several attempts to collect my deposits I moved out of a unit over a year ago and still have not collected my deposit. I had 3 units presently left last 2, owner completely changed toward me. And will not return calls. I cleaned units over and above , went as far to rake around my units. Owner has been hostile or non-responsive. In conclusion great while you're paying them.
