Jason was incredibly helpful and kind. He was quick to respond & reliable, and the whole process of taking my car in for repairs was very easy. The work done on my vehicle and the overall experience from start to finish was top quality. If ever I need repairs on my vehicle again, I will be returning to Westside Lexus Collision Center.

I was in a auto accident. I bought my car at WSL so I took it to their collision dept. My front end including my bumper was damaged very bad. They re-installed the badly damage bumper. They made up all kinds of excuses on why they did this when I said NO rhis will not work. I blind person could tell it was still damaged. So far I have had several BAD issues with this Dealership. My experience at Westside Lexus Collision Center thanks to the manager, Jason. Despite some initial issues, Jason went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend this center if you want a team that genuinely cares about making things right
