I would love to be able to write a glowing review about this local bike shop, but my interactions with them have been quite challenging. I am an experienced cyclist who purchased a new in mountain bike here a couple years ago. It was delivered to me with the wheels completely out of true. Bought my bike here back in early 2020 (a felt broam 60) and just brought it in to be serviced for the first time in 5 years (woops lol) .i got a full tune up with new brake pads, tires, cassette, and handlebar tape. It did take a couple of weeks to get it back but it looks and feels great. Shout out to Vivi for hooking it up so I could get the tires I wanted and also for dropping the bike off to me after repairs were completed. I appreciate you!
DO NOT RENT! Me and my family went in to rent bikes and when we got there it had been 20 minutes since opening and they were still not ready for customers, then once they were finally done setting up we walked in and the employees were very unprofessional. ask? Actually it was 1st time @Westside Joe's Bike. I took my Road bike to replace a New Bar tape so? The worker, just have mistake of the Color tape but he corrected and went back to the shelf. June 18,2020 Thursday i went back to Joe's Bikes so I can get a new tires it seems they double charge me to the two tires and the back tires I don't have inner tube, the person told me? They out of stock 😢 they charge me on my ATM 🏧 card $75.00 dollars but on my bank statement said $79.00 dollars they took
