Enjoyed a great 60 minute personal training session with Melissa this week. As someone with a few longstanding training-related issues, I felt well understood and taken care of during our workout, and came away with a number of new stretches and exercises to consider going forward. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to maintain or improve their fitness level.

Hands down one of the best gyms in the city. Always clean, great atmosphere, and set up for serious training. Constant upgrades this place keeps leveling up. Huge credit to Melissa, the owner she runs it at a high standard, and it shows.
