Intial measurements for an enclosed porch were done wrong. Didn’t include an opening for the deadbolt on the security door, only for the door knob and then said that he should have asked whether it was needed - but never did. Installation wasn’t done according to the plans on the permit so the city didn’t approve it. Took weeks of calling and emailing to get him to respond to this. Eventually came back and changed some of the connectors. Inspector said this was still not done according to the permit but approved it so I woul... read more
