As someone accompanying my pregnant wife to these appointments, I can honestly say the wait times here are consistently excessive. Every visit seems to involve sitting in an overcrowded waiting room for well over an hour, even with scheduled appointments. I understand healthcare offices can get busy, but there appears to be a serious overbooking issue and very little communication or urgency from staff regarding delays. DO BETTER. My wife has been receiving prenatal care at this office, and while the doctors themselves may be knowledgeable, the overall patient experience has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Every single appointment has involved waiting well over an hour, sometimes longer, even when arriving on time. The waiting room becomes extremely overcrowded, which gives the impression that the office is heavily overbooked with little regard for patients’ time, especially pregnant women who are already uncomfortable and exhausted. ... read more

Not in when the office hours are stated. Passed off to an answering machine to make an appointment. Staff on the phones just disregard questions and quickly try to get you off the line. Very unprofessional for a medical clinic. Also if the office hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday why is no one in the office to make appointments instead of leaving it on a machine that could be overlooked and not listened too.
