DO NOT TRUST THIS "CONTRACTOR". Todd hired us for two different jobs. We were never paid for either of them, for a total over $40,000.00. I was able to talk to the customers who hired him and was told that he did a terrible job and was not professional. We did Lien both jobs and one of the customers is suing him for money owed and undone work. He spent weeks dodging emails and phone calls from multiple parties. I needed to get a basement painted in a very short time frame. Westside Industrial gave me a quote within my budget and were able to get the job done within the time I needed. They were professional and curious during the 3 days on the project. The basement came out looking great. I would recommend them and expect to use them again in the near future.
As a senior maintenance suoervisor I have hired Todd for several major projects at my multi-family housing complexes. He has consistently demonstrated a professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I strongly reccomend him for any project.
