Was scheduled for an MRI. The process was simple. The MRI was so so. Blurry, which was probably due to the amount of pain I was in. The payment was impossible. I tried to pay after my appointment, which I was unable to. I was then contacted by a debt collector despite receiving 0 communication from West Side. I would expect more from a company that has both my cell phone and address (both of which were verified by the DEBT COLLECTOR they sent after me). Staff is wonderful. X-rays/MRI's – Scheduling an appointment is a breeze. With so many medical problems I have, they make it so easy to make an appointment and make you feel very comfortable. They ask you what time/day is convenient for you. Everyone there is professional but very personable. If you are in a situation where you need x-rays/MRI's, come here. T
