I bought a house from them that is in bad shape, 10/30/21 they did a horrible job on the house. You have to get an inspection and the Inspector only has to check 25 issues that was wrong with the house to pass the inspection: they just put linoleum on old boards it looks like someone put their foot through the roof and the roof had a hole and they just put shingles over the hole the foundation of the house it's very weak and it's falling toward the North end of the house. Went to court today, no they're not to be trusted. You need to inspect the house yourself, read the inspection you have to pay for before purchasing the house. My house needs work from the top to the bottom. I afraid I'm going to be the one to pay for all the repairs. In the inspection, asbestos was noted. There's no cure for it and can cause inflammation.
