Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and when I told him that, he said, “you don’t need to be here.” Thanks for your advice sir, I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend other people so as well. The wife/office manager did apologize for his behavior but it was too little too late.
