Five stars! Adrian and Lidia do great work!
We had some cracking on our back patio and started looking for a trustworthy company to fix it. After scheduling an appointment with West Side Grounds Landscaping, Adrian and Sam came out and not only answered all of our questions, but also took the time to listen to our ideas and bring our vision to life. The finished patio turned out even better than we imagined! We’re extremely happy with their work and would definitely recommend West Side Grounds Landscaping to our friends and family.
We hired Westside Grounds to finish our backyard. The project was to lay landscape fabric, rocks, mulch, and form one gravel path. They were quick to respond, came out quickly, and had good communication. The workers who originally came out did a fine job - they laid the mulch well but the gravel path was unstable. After letting Sam the project manager know, he and his team came back to make it right. They redid the gravel path, compacting it nicely, and addressed another area of the yard we needed help with. The cons: Poor workmanship. Did not follow written and verbal instructions. We wanted the gravel path done correctly and agreed up on the approach verbally and in writing with the project manager ahead of time. I do not and will not ever recommend Westside Grounds for any work PERIOD! We had them come out to give us a bid for a couple different projects we wanted done n- weed whacking, spring/summer clean up & a fence repair. Adrian came out and we walked the entire area with him and covered what we wanted to have done as well as our expectations. We have a fairly large property and we wanted to make sure he understood.
