Regarding the negative reviewer's comment about calling for snow removal based on a forecast of snow: better to plan further ahead.
I called to set up plow service on a Thursday because there was snow in the forecast. The woman on the phone took all my info, including my address, and assured me someone would call me later to complete the process. I didn’t hear back for several hours so I called back, the gentleman on the phone confirmed my contact info, including my address and said someone would call me. I had some trees that were leaning after hard winds and Westside came out and straightened them up and now, six mon hits, later the trees still look great! Thank you WSG!
