Went to them to fix my daughter's power steering. It then became valve cover gaskets, then it was intake manifold gasket, then it was a coil pack. The engine ran smooth when I brought it in. When I got it back it seemed a bit off, but it ran. It continually got worse to the point it couldn't run anymore. Mind you this was in the middle of relocating my family to a new home so we had to just park it until it could be dealt with. We took our deer lease vehicle in to be looked at, picked it up today and took our vehicle back to the lease and it started doing the same thing that it was before. Like nobody even looked at it. When we reached back out to see what could be done, the person who was on the phone said we were "smart mouthing" and was incredibly rude to us. Very unprofessional. After leaving a review on his Facebook, he decided instead of responding to my review to make a Facebook status about us saying he told us to take our "junk" elsewhere.... read more
