I am forced to use them through life fitness but to be quite honest I am a tech myself and know much more than their “techs” I only call in service orders when I’m either too busy or it’s something out of my knowledge I reached out to life fitness on a simple replacement on a flywheel for a bike their “tech” came in and completely destroyed the ICG bike and took apart the entire bike and left it like that I ended up fixing it myself which costed a whole day and 3 weeks of waiting for parts i also reached out to life fitness ... read more

A "technician" came to my house to troubleshoot my studio cycle, didn't use any tools, just turned it on and off and assumed what part should be replaced without proper testing and diagnosis. It was the wrong part. He then came back and assumed it was a different part without testing or diagnosis. They are not technicians, just guesstimaters at best. Ended up spending a bunch of money on a part I didn't need.
