Dr. Narvel and his daughter - Dr. Narvel - are very understanding! They really care about you and your health. I watched Dr. Narvel multitasking and quickly addressing one of his workers - to ensure patient safety! He was pleasant - to the worker - and got provided immediate feedback. The worker was really receptive! Great environment!
I would not even give one star but I had to so I could write a review. Don't go here, since Mount Carmel took over this small family practice has went down hill. They do not care if your in pain. I've lost my career, and had to draw my SS over ten years early because ALL my medication was taken away from me. How can a person be your doctor and not care about ANY pain your in. I've been a patient their for over fifteen years, now I'm looking for a new doctor. They have raised the office visits prices and give less care. I als... read more
They are average at best. Sure they try to do the job, they are about the money not the people. Change the rules when it suits their pockets. Going down hill fast. One of the nurses recommended a different doctor's office, said this place is a bad joke. The Dr is nice and knowledgeable. You see a different nurse practitioner every year or so. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. That's just me though.
I started seeing Dr Narvel after being in the hospital for pancreatitis. He is the nicest, most understanding person/Doctor I have had in a long time. Gets to the root of the problem. Asks all the right questions and gets the problem taken care of quickly. Would recommend him to anyone. Also, the new nurse practitioner in the urgent care is super nice and very good.
