I’ve never been so annoyed with a practice. Who sends a bill for an appointment that happened over 10 years ago?? It’s ridiculous they didn’t have it together enough to bill me when I visited or shortly after. I thought this was a scam and when I tried calling they supposedly “told the supervisor” and would email me but never did. Unbelievable
