My experience with Westside Family Law was extremely disappointing and exhausting. At the beginning, Chong Ke was very responsive during the intake and payment stage. However, once the fees were paid, the level of service noticeably declined. Phone calls were difficult to get through, and multiple emails went unanswered, with communication at times effectively breaking down.
