It was closed when we went there for lunch on a Saturday. There wasn't a sign that said they were closed for a vacation.
Breakfast was amazing! Hashbrowns were crunchy, bacon was delicious! The Snickers coffee was warm and comforting. Just awesome!
Recently found this place outside of Grinnell and can I just say...wow! My mother and I unexpectedly came across this diner while running errands. The menu has all kinds of great choices with breakfast served all day. Classic! The 1/2 order options for their appetizers are a great addition. I wanted so badly to try the pie but, alas I will have to wait til our next visit. The atmosphere has that -heart of a small town- feel.
