I can't say enough about how incredible Dr. Aynehci and his entire team are. After my MOHS surgery, I was referred to him for reconstructive work on a very delicate area, around my nostril and into my cheek. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt completely at ease. Had a consultation with Dr Behrad for rhino. Visited his office more twice and exchanged several emails about the procedure to gather as much information as possible. Dr Behrad was so warm, so patient, and genuine in every single conversation. Of all the plastic surgeons in California, I think you'd be hard pressed to find someone genuine and not pushy or not disrespectful. Dr Behrad didn't seem to push or advertise. I chickened out of the procedure but if I do go for it again, it would be with Dr Behrad.

I had an incredible experience with Westside Face and Dr. Behrad (Brad) Aynehchi. He did an amazing job correcting my deviated septum and truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process. What stood out most was how carefully he listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and planned everything with my comfort in mind. The results have been fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with how well everything turned out. I highly recommend Dr. Aynehchi for anyone looking for a skilled, attentive, and trustworthy surgeon.
