Service is good and always on time. Downside is the lady who answers the phone is rude. Like when you call to try and figure out how to pay your bill. No links anywhere, however there is a little snippet about a customer portal with no link and no other info. Back to the rude lady who answers the phone. Since there is no link on their website you get to call. She comes off like your disrupting her day. If she really doesn’t want to talk to people PUT A LINK ON YOUR WEBSITE!!
I was a customer for many years and never had a problem. Beginning around August 2024, my trash can started to occasionally be only partially emptied when the trash truck "emptied" it. My trash can was in no way over stuffed. The trash was all in bags and loosely placed in the can. This occasional problem became a frequent problem, so I cancelled my trash service and changed to another trash service. Very poorly run "organization". Have had problems with their autopsy system not working. Randomly not picking up our can. Good luck getting a callback or talking with a human. Definitely canceling and would not recommend to anyone having an option
I am satisfied with my service, that is a 5. When I call to pay my bill, the young lady that answers the phone.....shouldn't be. Not professional at all. Acts like it is a chore to be polite. That is an ott! Leaves an average of 3....thank you for your time, and have a great day.
Paid them ahead. Scheduled delivery of dumpster and they never showed up. I called and each time I was told they were still coming, yet they never delivered the dumpster. They did not answer their phone repeatedly. They are liars. Two separate trash collectors came right next to our home and never delivered what we had paid for. Do not use them.
