Really Poor customer service! Their female representative was rude, condescending and unwilling to help. I have never felt more disrespected by a customer facing agent for a public utility company. I am disabled but I still have manners and I demand to be treated with respect! ZERO STARS!!
After 3 years of service and never missing a payment this company removed my trashcan. They did not notify me by email that my payment was missing. The rude woman on the phone told me that basically it's my fault that the can was removed because they tried to contact by phone. Who answers phone calls from numbers they do not recognize? I am elderly and my wife has had a devaestating stroke. I tried to explain t his to their representative but she just continued to talk over me! They do good for a while then they miss you and then when you try to call they won't answer your phone call worst company I've ever dealt with in my life
