They do good for a while then they miss you and then when you try to call they won't answer your phone call worst company I've ever dealt with in my life
No one answers the phone during business hours. We have been skipped multiple times for pick up and no credit is given. I email each time this happens and do not get a response. We needed a bigger dumpster and they have not removed the old one after 2 weeks and did not pick up the trash for the new one. We asked to confirm after the 2 yard dumpster was not picked up that we wouldn’t be charged for it because it was supposed to be picked up. I received an invoice this morning for this dumpster as well.
I called concerning issues with my Trash service. I called at 8 AM. Left a message. It is now after 3 o’clock and they close at four and I still have not received a call back regarding my Trash service.
How have I been paying for service every month and they have not taken my trash in months? My dumpster has been over flowing now. These guys suck, terrible.
