Cheap trash missed my house on morning pickup and when I called they said they would come back and they never did. They lied about comlng back and now I’m stuck with a full barrel of trash and no place to put my trash for another week. THEY DONT CARE
In the beginning they were pretty good. But over the last few months my bill has $5.00 late fee.. I recently called and she waved it that was nice. I just received a bill due 7/14/2025 and I have a $5.00 late fee???? . Seems the billing department and the person that you talk to need some training. This place has gone down hill.
So far this year they have missed my pickup 4 times and they refuse to not discount for the weeks that they don't pick up. At $80.00 a month you would think that they would compensate for not picking up. My guess is that they don't pay enough to their drivers so they keep quitting. I've been a customer for 10 years although if I had another option I would stop service with No Problem!
To the gentlemen that work here. (I wanna say a very big thank you. Couple months ago I had a blow out on my semi truck and they rushed out to check on us and let us park in front til we got the tire replaced. They even lended us a hand and some tools to get us going again. If I ever move to kingman, ill gladly do business with these guys. Thanks again!
This company is so hard to get through to. They are very slow to respond. I've had them for 2 years. And I have had three or four billing incorrect billings with them, and by that, I mean overcharged. Check your invoices, make sure it's correct.That gives the billing department at this company.Need a little education.
