If I could leave a negative number for this company it would be -10. I use the word company very loosely when talking about this outfit. They were glad to take my money and NOT provide any kind of service and led me on for 4 weeks with promises of tomorrow or next week! I live in White Hills AZ and my trash has not been picked up in 3 weeks. I have a manure container. When Lariene ? Finally returned my call and email she informed me it was t picked up because one side of my gate was closed and the owner recently told them not to open gates without permission. This past year it has never been an issue and they had permission. I never received a letter or email or phone call informing customers of this change. I asked for a credit on my bill. I did get it. Will pickup your trash late, blame the weather and not inform you or give you any type of credit. Driver will also let trash fly all over every time they dump. You have to call the office to get any type of information, they don't even try to make it right. I've been with them for years and in the past mistakes were rectified. For the past few years they have seemed to have no condseraditon for the customer. Unfortunately, Westside who is in fact very cheap, never delivered the size of a dumpster that they promised on day one. The office manager refused to fix the problem and failed to meet industry standards regarding customer service complaints.
Booooo! Awful Management. "We didn't think ya could foul up garbage business, but they did a number on us".
