I've been going to WestSide Dental for some 10 or more years. They are always friendly and capable. On occasion I've been referred by Dr. Kairlis to dental surgeons. The surgeon even complimented the quality of work. I routinely recommend them.
My experience hmm well I called them today and a woman picked up the phone VERY RUDE . Mind you I think my tooth has an infection because I believe a filling fell out and instead of this depressing lady asking me what the problem is she immediately ask for my type of insurance I said mass health and she pretty much hangs up . NOW DO YOU KNOW HOW PAINFUL THIS TOOTH IS HOW MUCH AGONY I'M IN JUST TO CALL THE CLOSEST DENTIST AND BE BELITTLED BY SOME WOMAN WHO'S CLEARLY BORED AND ANGRY WITH HER JOB?!?!?
