I first started seeing Dr. Picardo nearly ten year ago when I moved to CHARTwell Montgomery Village Retirement Residence. His practice was so close, and I immediately took a liking to his friendly and professional demeanour. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Over the years I got to know Michelle, who made me feel special. The Hygenists are also very knowledgeable and kind.
