I had a wonderful experience with Dr Raymond Chan at this clinic. I hadn’t been to the dentist for over 10 years due to dental phobia, so I was extremely nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, Dr Raymond Chan was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring, which immediately helped put me at ease. I took my son to the dentist for a check-up and cleaning. Dr. Raymond said my son needed several fillings. How can he do a check-up, cleaning, and fillings on multiple teeth in just 20 minutes without assistant ? Not to mention, Dr. Ray's infection control is terrible, he touches so many things, and I think not only my son but other patients could also get infected. I feel this place is unsafe. It seems he only cares about making the most money instead of providing the best dental care for his patients.
I took my daughter here to have one baby tooth removed. The appointment lasted less than 10 minutes, and we were charged $517. When I questioned the cost, Dr Ray told me that he had also cleaned her teeth. However, there was no proper cleaning done. My daughter was in pain the entire time. The only thing that was done was toothpaste being applied briefly before the tooth was extracted. There was no scaling, polishing, or full cleaning procedure.
