I went to Westside dental in Deer Park yesterday, recommend by a friend who goes there as I was told by numerous dentists over 25 years that I needed 6 crowns. I had no issues with those teeth at all but thought I should get them done. My friend only paid $1500 for her crowns so thought it was a very good price with others charging $2400 upwards. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Raymond Chan at this clinic. I hadn’t been to the dentist for over 10 years due to dental phobia, so I was extremely nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, Dr Raymond Chan was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring, which immediately helped put me at ease. I took my son to the dentist for a check-up and cleaning. Dr. Raymond said my son needed several fillings. How can he do a check-up, cleaning, and fillings on multiple teeth in just 20 minutes without assistant ? Not to mention, Dr. Ray's infection control is terrible, he touches so many things, and I think not only my son but other patients could also get infected. I feel this place is unsafe. It seems he only cares about making the most money instead of providing the best dental care for his patients.
