I have been trying to navigate this resource by way of Medi-cal for over one year. Over 6 months ago I was finally referred here thinking “Thank god finally the system works for poor folk”. They even did a phone call intake with me and then I had to cancel my in person intake and left correspondence about it. I called to find out if they would refill my seizure medication which is Lorazepam. I wait almost 2 hours for them to say they don’t prescribe my medication even though they said they would over the phone and told me to come in and they can help refill it.
They tend to care more about you then the doctors at dore
Great place with people who understand how to treat people who are challenged either mentally or physically in a caring and sensitive manner. I would recommend this center to my friends or others that may need a caring and supportive center to fulfill their needs. Thank you Westside Crisis Center
