PINE BLUFF ARKANSAS IS SAFER THEN HERE!!! Since living here I have been threatened by other another tenant that they would “bite” me, had a water leak that took well over a week to get looked at, was locked out of my apartment (my fault) maintenance responded 4 days later by closing out the case and never once came by or called therefore I slept in my car.
