Superior, customer service. I had a car accident and stopped in for an estimate. I contacted my insurance company but I was dealing with health issues from the accident that I didn't follow up. I got a call from Westside colition later in the week telling me that they took care of everything for me and if I wanted to bring it in they were ready to start. I can't tell you what a relief that was. The last thing I needed to deal with was the Insurance Company about the car. They were so honest, knowledgeable, and fast.
I recently was rear ended. I took my car to West Side Collision and I can not believe the lengths they went to to get my car fixed for me. They went to battle with the insurance company who wanted to use after market parts. John argued "it is not the customers fault someone hit her and her car should be put back to its original condition, not aftermarket condition"! IF you take your automobile to them it will ALWAYS come out looking GREAT!!
John Parsamyan (owner) along with his team and his leadership based on integrity and fairness is why I recommend Westside Collision. I believe he built a business out of his passion to help people and see them satisfied with their great work and service as his priority.
