I wish I could give a zero. I was given an estimate to have my car repaired around Nov 16th if parts weren't delayed. The 16th came and the car wasn't repaired because the body shop was said that they were waiting on one part from Audi. Then I contacted the adjuster again for an update on the 20th and was told the same reason and I lost trust in the body shop to believe that reason.
