Had an awesome massage with Lindsay! She was friendly, professional, and attentive. It was the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic. If I lived in bend, I would definitely see her regularly.

Cascade Massage Therapy is the only place I’ll receive massage therapy in Bend! This is first and foremost due to the high level of talent and skill of the massage therapists— but also the convenience of location and online booking, and the welcoming environment ◡̈ I’d give CMT 6 stars if possible!
Lindsay is a highly skilled massage therapist whose years of experience truly show! Her deep tissue approach left me feeling relaxed while easing my tension. Rooms are nice and spacious at this location and I love the ambiance!
I had a massage with Adriana A. and it was truly life-changing. I gave her some direction of what I wanted/what was stiff and she took that information and made the experience 10x better than I was expecting. She was communicative beforehand to ensure a peaceful massage. She also checked in during some deep-tissue moments to make sure the pressure was ok, which I really appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Adriana!
