Extremely satisfied being my first time here. The old place I went to would manipulate the mileage times to push clients to come more consistently and I caught on to the deceptive trick and gave this place a try. Not only do they do the oil change but their team offers a hand car wash and drive through option and they do an amazing job! Definitely will be returning, love the honesty and work ethic they have between each other.
All of my windows were left dirty. It's pretty obvious they wiped them all down with a wet dirty rag. Inside and out. I tipped both people too, man. I basically payed 60 bucks to have to go home and clean my car more than when I brought it in. I'd post pictures, but hmm, I wonder why they don't have pictures allowed on this particular company's review? Perhaps it was a bad look to have all these unhappy customers uploading proof of their nasty attempt at a clean
Douglas cleaned my car very well!! Only the work environment looks hard the manager looks always upset
