Excellent service! West Side is the type of business that will take care of you as if you are family. They will remember you the next time you come in, they take care of the little details, and they are very thorough. The workers are honest and hardworking, and are appreciative when you give them feedback. You can count on not having to re-do any cleaning once you leave, and the price is economical enough to encourage the repeat business.
clean reasonable prices especially when you use the DHS spirit card and get $1.50 off any wash! they do a good job on the windows - no streaks and staff is friendly.
They broke the key to my 2012 Honda Odyssey. I spoke with the owner about it. He went to talk to the driver and the driver told him he turned the key and it fell apart in his hand. REALLY. You have to be kidding me. I told the owner if he didn't want to do anything to fix the issue I'll start going somewhere else. My son was still getting his car done and he observed the owner trying to make excuses saying the car was old. Who has ever had a key break on them. well i would like to say i just moved to the area and where i lived before a regular carwash was 15.99 at west side its only 9 and they have more employees and always make sure i am happy with the job that they have done before i leave. i would say this is the best carwash i have ever been too
have been to this car wash & had problems 2, times. today they talked me in to paying an extra $3 to clean the tires. except they walked away & didn't clean them
